3Bedfordbury gallery is available for hire on a weekly basis from Tuesday 9am to Monday 1pm. Gallery opening hours are usually from 10am – 6pm (private views until 9.30pm)

Hire charges 2010
First week: £2250
Second week: £1950
Third week: £1700
Fourth week: £1500
Payment
20% of hire fee to secure booking
40% of hire fee 12 weeks before hire date
40% of hire fee 8 weeks before hire date
If a late booking is confirmed less than eight weeks before the agreed hire date, the full hire fee will be payable.
Security deposit of £500 is payable when the final balance of the hire becomes due. Any facility charges, or any loss or damage to the gallery whether it is directly or indirectly attributable to the hirer, will be deducted from the security deposit as will all telephone calls made from the gallery.
All prices (with exception of the security deposit) are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
